  An updated one bedroom one bath condo in a friendly setting, located in walking distance to to some of the most popular beach restaurants and venues in St Pete Beach! A short walk out to the to the heated pool or walk to the beach in just a few minutes to put your toes in the gulf, take a beach chair sit back and relax. There are trolleys that can take you to Pass a Grille or Clearwater. Close to John's Pass for even more restaurants and shopping. It is your choice to sit and relax or go exploring to different islands, museums, the micro breweries, movies and nightlife that the beach and downtown St Pete has to offer.
  
  Wall mounted smart TVs in the living room and the bedroom. A newly remodeled walk in shower. Stainless steel upgraded appliances. Sleeps 5: King size bed in bedroom, pull out sleeper sofa in Living room and ottoman unfolds into a twin bed.
  
  A family oriented location. There is no smoking in the condo and pets are not allowed. The choice is yours on how to spend your vacation.

  Beach is located across the street from Condo and over the dunes (boardwalk): 125 feet +/- to the beach 300 +/- feet to the water.
